American Idol and now off-Broadway Star!American Idol Season 4 finalist Anwar Robinson will be joining the touring production cast of RENT in a multi-city tour of the Broadway smash hit. In his stage debut, Anwar will be playing Tom Collins in the Tony Award-winning Broadway musical.

Anwar also has a very heart warming story in the new Chicken Soup for the Soul
Americon Idol edition. Great news thought that he is now touring with Rent. I think that is some of the more exciting news from an American Idol contestant in sometime, oh except for the six Grammy nominations!
