Chris Benoit's death being called a murder-suicide by authorities

What happened?

I missed the Benoit tribute last night on RAW because I went out to dinner, but this Benoit story gets more twisted as it develops. Since no gun was involved, it's hard to believe that someone came into the house and took out a professional wrestler and his family. While Benoit did "play fight" for a living, there are likely very few people that would have been able to take him out one on one because the guy was a trained grappler and was no doubt a really strong guy. I highly doubt that some Rampage Jackson-like MMA fighter came in and just destroyed Benoit and his whole family, but at this point, that might not be that big a shock.

However, if no guns, knives, etc. were found, how did Benoit kill himself? (if he even killed himself?) It will be interesting to see the results of the autopsy if they are made public.

UPDATE: Reports are saying that Benoit apparently strangled his wife, smothered his son, and hung himself in his weight room. So I guess that's how it happened.
