Blood clot? Or mole?

A few hours ago, I discovered this mysterious dot on my finger that is either a mole, blood clot, or spider breeding ground. It looks like I have a booger on my finger so whatever it is, I am going to try and pop it with a needle. If I don't post for a few days, it's because my finger got messed up from the poking
